In an interview for the British edition of PC Gamer, the executive director of the game, Evgeny Grigorovich, once again recalled 100 hours of content, also emphasizing that players will be able to see all the content of STALKER 2 only after several playthroughs of the game, since the project includes “a large-scale non-linear plot in which the player’s decisions will affect not only the fate of the characters and local events, but also the world of the Zone as a whole.”
Because of these words, confusion was created, due to which many (including specialized gaming media) decided that 100 hours meant all the content of the game, which can only be seen with a few playthroughs of the game.
One of the GSC Game World McCulkin community managers dotted all the “i”, answering that this number means exactly one detailed passage of the game. At the same time, the representative of the studio added that a lot also depends on personal style and the desire to immerse yourself in the world of the game, because of which the passage can exceed 100 hours:
