As reported in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will be a long-awaited feature. Call of Duty: Warzone is one of the best battle royale games due to the fact that it is based on Modern Warfare. It has incredibly tight and enjoyable gunplay, engaging maps that allow for all sorts of strategies, vehicles, and more. That being said, there are still some flaws in the game that need to be ironed out, and a lot of that has to do with the aforementioned foundation. Warzone has some serious movement issues, such as your character having difficulty climbing very easy rocks and not being able to swim. Luckily, it looks like one of those issues will be fixed in the upcoming sequel.
Insider Tom Henderson has posted what looks like a wide shot of the map in Call of Duty: Warzone 2, citing that the game will be able to swim. If players fall into a deep body of water in the current iteration, they are immediately killed. On some maps, the game will actually drop AFK players into the ocean at the very beginning of the map. It looks like this won’t happen again. No details have been provided on how swimming will work in this game. It also seems likely that boats will play an important role in keeping players from getting stuck in the sea. Given that Modern Warfare served as the basis for Warzone, it wouldn’t be surprising if swimming would also be part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is expected to be unveiled this year. It will be released alongside Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which is expected to be released in June. The game already has a logo and some obscure details about the game’s setting, but other than that, it remains a mystery. Some general details about how Raven Software is changing Warzone 2 gameplay have been leaked along with blurry gameplay, but we’re still waiting for the official reveal.
