AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D Officially Launches April 20th for $449

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 8 cores and 16 threads with built-in 3D V-Cache 96 MB is officially out 20 April priced at $449. Today’s official price of this and six other processors corresponds to the information that was published last week.

In total, seven new models have been announced today:

  • Ryzen 7 5800X3D
  • three Ryzen 5000 processors
  • three Ryzen 4000 processors

Ryzen 7 5700X with 8 cores will sell for $299. This processor has identical 3.4/4.6 GHz specs to the Ryzen 7 5800, which is only available to system integrators.

AMD will also release three 6-core CPUs, all with SMT support:

  • Ryzen 5 5600 – $199
  • Ryzen 5 5500 – $159
  • Ryzen 5 4600G – $154
  • Ryzen 5 4500 – $129

This means that AMD will now have 4 new $200 6 core processors, with the cheapest options such as Ryzen 5 4500 for $129. This is part of Renoir-X (Zen2) with missing integrated GPU. Based on the same chip, the cheapest processor announced today AMD Ryzen 3 4100 with 4 cores and boost up to 4.0 GHz. These models will retail for $99.

To date, not all processors have been disclosed, a list of unpublished models: Ryzen 7 5700, Ryzen 3 5100, Ryzen 7 4700. They could be announced as early as next month.
