We’ll have to wait until March to see the new Batman in theaters, but Warner Bros. the film is already in full swing. It was recently revealed that the film will run at 2 hours and 55 minutes including credits, which brings it closer to the latest Avengers movie, which was much talked about due to its length, but clearly not as long as Zack Snyder’s Justice League. The film is rated PG-13, which means it will be seen by a wider audience, but according to the description, there will be enough dark moments in it, and now we have a chance to take a closer look at one of the scenes.
This is not a new trailer made publicly available by any official studio channel or film social media account, but an advertisement posted by the company Warner Bros.. on YouTube. Some lucky people who stumbled upon the advertisement were able to see in more detail one of the scenes, excerpts from which were found in the official trailers of the movie “Batman”. And someone even managed to record it in order to share it with others, although the quality leaves much to be desired:
Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne and Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon can be seen in the scene, and there have been comments on social media that this is the funeral of one of the Riddler’s victims.
Matt Reeves’ film will feature some of the most familiar characters from the Batman universe, as well as a villain gallery that’s sure to have some surprises. We know that the Riddler will apparently be the main villain, and that the Penguin will also appear, about which there are not many details.
Another character that will appear in the film is Catwoman, played by Zoe Kravitz, who we’ve already seen a bit more of thanks to the film’s official trailers, and even shot a clip and an official poster dedicated just to the two of them.
The film will premiere in Russia on March 3 this year.
