Dark Souls 3 streamer learns 10 hours every time he dies in game

A high school student playing Dark Souls 3 in Japan takes desperate measures to get into one of the top universities.

The Dark Souls 3 livestream tweet posted on February 28th has gained a lot of popularity among the Japanese audience. What happens on the stream is this: a student from a school in Japan is streaming his first playthrough of Dark Souls 3, but every time he dies, he has to study for 10 hours straight.

There is a very good reason for this. The young man is reportedly trying to get into one of the best universities in Japan, and since the competition for places in first-class educational institutions across the country is very high, this student found great motivation and decided to spur interest in studying with death in Dark Souls 3.

Now viewers in the chat type the phrase “You study” every time the inscription “You died” appears on the screen.
