Demon shooter Scathe announced

Damage State, a three-person development team based in the same UK city as Forza Horizon 5 developer Playground Games, has announced Scathe, a first-person shooter due out this year for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. A playable demo for PC will be available as part of the Steam Next Fest from February 21st to 28th.

Scathe is published by Kwalee. As you can see in the announcement trailer below, Scathe is a fast paced FPS that emphasizes speed while promising “big guns and even bigger demons”.

Scathe will also include a co-op mode. The developers describe it like this:

You play as Skate, the Strongman of the legions of Hell, forged from the earth by the Divine Creator himself. And you, like your fallen brethren, must prove your worth by traveling through a cunningly crafted labyrinth entangled in demonic evil at every turn.
