Today, Square Enix finally unveiled gameplay for their upcoming mobile game, FullMetal Alchemist.
We can even listen to the title song Spiral performed by Nana Mizuki, who also voices Lan Fan in the series and will play her part in the game.
The closed beta will take place in Japan and the apps will be open until March 22. The test will run from March 31 to April 8 on iOS and Android.
If you’re unfamiliar with the franchise, Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist manga debuted in 2001 and has also spawned several anime productions, a light novel series, and a live-action film. The manga itself has sold 80 million copies worldwide.
A Western release hasn’t been announced at the moment, but it’s worth noting that Square Enix has been pretty active in publishing its mobile games in the West lately, so localization isn’t impossible.
