Gamers with Intel Arc graphics cards complained of numerous problems

Gamers from South Korea with the first laptops equipped with discrete Intel Arc graphics cards faced numerous technical problems. Information about this was published by the Neowin portal.

Some time after the acquisition, users began to complain about regular crashes with bugs in application software and video games. Gamers could not play GTA V, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Dota 2 and many other titles. In response to complaints, the developers released a patch that updated the drivers and solved some of the problems. However, it is still not possible to fully use new laptops due to the remaining bugs.

It is known that gaming laptops with discrete graphics cards from Intel should go on sale worldwide in the second quarter of 2022.
