Fans will likely see Jonathan Kimble Simmons again as John Jameson as the actor himself is interested in returning his character in future MCU Spider-Man films. With Tom Holland’s trilogy ending with Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man 4 is already rumored to be in early development. Although very little is known about the project, John C. Simmons has hinted at his return as John Jameson for the fourth film.
When asked by Deadline if he would appear in the next Spider-Man adventure, Simmons answered promisingly.
“It’s so interesting how he (J. Jonah Jameson) appears [в “Человеке-пауке: Нет пути домой”].
The character was supposed to appear in two other Holland Spider movies, host Pete Hammond said. Simmons replied:
“Hey, I think I’ll be doing more, so… Fingers crossed.”
If the MCU continues to follow the classic Spider-Man story, Holland’s spider will find himself at a point in his history where he starts working for Jameson. It’s not yet clear how much of a role Simmons’ character will play, but as more rumors are starting to surface online, more details about the fourth Spider-Man movie could surface online in the coming months.
