Larian Studios just released an announcement announcing that they will be releasing a major patch for Baldur’s Gate 3 soon.
The announcement didn’t say anything specific about the content of the patch, other than that it would be “pretty cool” and that “everything will be revealed soon”. However, the developers have warned that patch 7 weighs 32 GB.
The developers also reminded that any saves made on patch 6 or earlier will no longer be compatible with the update. With Patch 7 installed, the total install size for Baldur’s Gate 3 will be approximately 100 GB, so make sure you have plenty of free space.
Baldur’s Gate 3 will be available in Early Access on PC starting October 6th, 2020. almost 1.5 years.
