The third season of The Mandalorian, which is currently in production, still doesn’t have a release date on Disney+, but according to TV Line, it will release later this year.
As with The Book of Boba Fett, new episodes of the main series could come out “around Christmas” according to the site. If the information is confirmed, it will certainly be a pleasant surprise for fans. Many bet that the premiere would be delayed until 2023 due to delays caused by COVID.
The Mandalorian is created by Jon Favreau (Iron Man) and Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) is directing and writing several episodes.
This year is shaping up to be a very exciting year for Star Wars fans, with several TV shows coming out, possibly two video games, a second season of The Bad Batch and even more exciting announcements later in the year.
