The network has published an insanely detailed map of the world of the popular fantasy universe of The Witcher. Her created not just fans, but real specialists from the Warsaw University Department of Political and Historical Geography.
The map was created from Andrzej Sapkowski’s book description of the world. In addition, the cartographers used information from games by CD Projekt RED and the work of professional artists. The layout of the map is made in a detailed form indicating all geographical objects, terrain features and state borders
The quest designer in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 Pavel Sasko was delighted with the work done. He calls this map the most accurate exposure of the entire world that Sapkowski has created.
