The sequel to “Sonic” is steadily gaining momentum at the box office. According to analysts, the film’s home box office alone reached about $71 million. The film about the Blue Hedgehog was ahead of all other novelties and set a record for film adaptations of video games.
“Sonic Movie 2” became the most successful movie in terms of box office among other film adaptations. It is noteworthy that the sequel was able to bypass the record of the first part, which stopped at $58 million.
