Benedict Wong, who plays Supreme Sorcerer Wong in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has officially confirmed his return in the upcoming Disney+ series She-Hulk. This will be his fourth appearance in Phase 4 of the MCU, after brief cameos in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Spider-Man: No Way Home, and a supporting role in Doctor Strange: Into the Multiverse of Madness.
The new Marvel series follows Jennifer Walters (played by Tatiana Maslany), a hard-working lawyer and cousin of Bruce Banner/Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). By chance, Jennifer gets the same abilities as her cousin – now, in fits of anger, she turns into a green two-meter beauty, with whom it is better not to mess with.
She-Hulk will also feature Jameela Jameel, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Ginger Gonzaga and Tim Roth, who returns as Emil Blonsky/Abomination from 2008’s The Incredible Hulk.
The series is set to premiere on August 17th. The debut trailer can be seen here.
