Techland has released a new trailer for Dying Light 2 showing the branching of the plot. Preloaded on PC

One of the most anticipated games of this month is undoubtedly Dying Light 2 Stay Humana new chapter in the game series Techland with an open world zombie apocalypse. A few days before the release, the company released a new trailer showing the branching of the plot. In the game, your choices and actions shape the game world, its story, character relationships, and even the landscape of the City, as evidenced by the new “Your Actions, Your World” trailer.

Also new post, published on the PlayStation Blog, illustrates the ways in which the second chapter will develop the mechanics of its predecessor.

Among the aspects that have evolved the most in Dying Light 2 is undoubtedly the movement and exploration system. Parkour was a core mechanic in the original Dying Light and Dying Light 2 Stay Human and has been extensively expanded, doubling the number of parkour moves. Twenty-four skills can be unlocked in the parkour skill tree, and each greatly increases both speed and skill.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human constantly encourages creativity in every aspect of your journey, and just as parkour moves can be paired with tools like paragliding, they can also be paired with combat skills.

The cycle of day and night, known in Dying Light, manifests itself even richer in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. The general rules during the day are similar: monsters hide in buildings, and bandits are the main source of danger on the streets. But at night, things are a little different.

The huge, vertical, living City is one of humanity’s last bastions, and although civilization has returned to medieval levels, its ruins can still be found around the city. Depending on whether you assign the area to the Peacekeepers or the Survivors, your choice will be reflected in the appearance of the Abandoned Buildings, the NPCs you encounter inside, and the missions you will be able to access there.

In addition, pre-loading has started on Steam on PC. Download size is 34 GB.

Dying Light will be available February 4 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4 and Xbox One.
