The Inquisitor (formerly I, The Inquisitor) is an action role-playing game in an alternative Middle Ages setting based on the novels of the Polish writer Jacek Piekar.
The plot tells about the events one and a half thousand years after the crucifixion of Jesus. The protagonist of the game, Inquisitor Mordimer Madderdin, goes to the city of Königstein to investigate a series of crimes, punish sinners and strengthen faith in God. The hero will have to decide the fate of many people who have betrayed the faith, as well as meet the evil that is trying to penetrate the world from another reality.
The game from the Polish studio The Dust SA and publisher Kalypso Media will be released in the fourth quarter of 2023 on PC, Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5.
