The minimum system requirements for Elden Ring on Steam have been removed.

Steam released the minimum system requirements for Elden Ring. The requirements were published silently, without any announcement from the developer or publisher. And the requirements have just been removed from the page.

Many players were surprised by the minimum requirements, which were more like the recommended ones. Compared to From Software’s latest game, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Elden Ring required an Intel Core i5-8400 for minimal startup | AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 3 GB | AMD Radeon RX 580, 4 GB and 12 GB of RAM versus recommended Sekiro Intel Core i5-2500K | AMD Ryzen 5 1400, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 | AMD Radeon RX 570 and 8 GB of RAM.

At the moment, the system requirements have been removed from the Steam page, which most likely confirms the fact that the specifications were wrong. Otherwise, why was it deleted if they will be published again later?

From Software likely continues to test the game on a variety of hardware, and has yet to decide on the final specifications. In any case, there are only a couple of weeks left before the release of Elden Ring, and we will find out about them very soon anyway.
