As became known the other day, the full release of Postal 4: No Regerts will take place on April 20, but the developers from Running With Scissors went to meet their fans and released update 0.9, in which they presented the first developments on what will appear on the release. Perhaps the most important change will be that the dogs can now be stroked, well, they have learned how to properly operate the equipment.
As promised, here comes Update 0.9 for those of you who can’t wait until 4/20 to see what’s new in the game. In fact, you should probably just wait, but we wanted to give those of you who have been following the development of POSTAL 4 a chance to be the first to try the updates. We’re doing a full bug fix and performance tweak right now, so things will change quite a bit before 4/20. Who are we kidding… it will probably still be pretty unstable in 1.0, maybe it’s worth waiting for a patch or three after launch before trying it 😉
Also, about 100 collectible items were added to the game, because in modern realities, no open world game can do without useless things. Players will be able to choose the voice of the Postal Dude: the original voice of Rick Hunter, Corey Cruz from Postal 3 or John St. John from Duke Nukem to make collecting all this garbage more fun.
The full list of changes, which turned out to be quite extensive, you can find at this link
Postal 4: No Regerts will be released on April 20 at a price of 725 rubles and will be available on PC via Steam and GOG.
