Already this spring, the premiere of a new film based on the book universe “Harry Potter” will take place. On April 4, Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets, the third film in the new film series, will hit theaters. How informs tape producer David Heyman, the team has not yet begun production of the fourth film.
Apparently, the not-too-successful gathering of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and the problematic production of the third part forced the studio management to change their approach to the project. Originally Warner Bros. planned to release 5 films, but now the fate of the series will depend on the successful rental of the third part.
Heyman also said that the writers are not yet thinking about the idea for a sequel, but if it does take place, the producer promises to move the scene to Japan.
